In-Home Tutoring and/or Technical Assistance is available for local clients only. Local clients will live in Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Poquoson, Dendron/Surry County, Wakefield/Sussex County, Smithfield/Isle of Wight County, VA, and neighboring areas.

This service includes tutoring and/or, technical assistance, troubleshooting, installation and configuration, as well as consultant services in the Windows operating system and many Windows-based programs.

Price

In-Home or In-Office Tutoring and/or Technical Assistance is based on the following: $40 per hour.

Pricing for hardware installation is a flat fee for given hardware. Contact us for details on the hardware installation you need.

Payment for In-home Tutoring and/or Technical Assistance is due at the time service is rendered.

Technical Assistance via Phone or Email

Fran's Computer Services offers Technical Assistance via telephone and/or email. These services may be software, OS, or hardware related. This service is available to anyone regardless of their location.

Price

Technical Assistance by phone or email is available at a rate of $20/HR. Minimum fee: $10 for up to 1/2 hour of service.

NOTE: Quick questions through email and/or by phone (5-10 min call) for existing Fran's Computer Services clients has always been free.
