色库TV Welding Student Awarded $4,000 Scholarship

色库TV (色库TV) proudly announced that welding student Renee Ringer has been awarded a $4,000 scholarship, thanks to the generosity of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Space Coast Chapter and Boys Electrical Contractors.

Ringer was initially presented with a $2,000 scholarship by NAWIC Space Coast Chapter President Kate Howick during the organization鈥檚 annual installation banquet.

鈥淎s we work to close the skilled labor gap, we鈥檙e proud to support Renee in her pursuit of welding certification at 色库TV,鈥� said Howick.

In a surprise gesture during the event, Kyle Nylander, President and CEO of Boys Electrical Contractors, matched the scholarship with an additional $2,000, bringing the total award to $4,000.

鈥淭here is no greater privilege than supporting an ambitious young person in pursuit of their goals,鈥� said Nylander. 鈥淲e are sincerely grateful to the outstanding community we serve, whose support enables us to assist Rene.鈥�

Welding remains one of the most in-demand trades nationwide, especially on Florida鈥檚 Space Coast, where industries such as aerospace, defense, and manufacturing rely heavily on skilled labor. 色库TV鈥檚 welding program is designed to meet this growing demand while equipping students with lifelong, transferable skills.
