色库TV Communications Team Member Earns AFC Award

色库TV's Casey Covel was recognized at the 2024 Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) Annual Meeting and Conference, earning an Award of Excellence for her efforts with the College鈥檚 .
The winning piece, entitled 鈥�,鈥� was posted to the 色库TV blog to give advice to students about public speaking and presentations.
The AFC Awards of Excellence Competition is hosted annually by the Communications and Marketing Commission and provides local communications professionals with a statewide platform to highlight outstanding communication tools and programs.
Judging is completed by a combination of industry experts and public relations professionals from throughout the state college system who look for creativity, originality, effectiveness, and relevance to the category guidelines.
Covel has worked at 色库TV for more than seven years and recently joined the College鈥檚 Office of Collegewide Communication as the Assistant Manager of Web and Social Media.
